Our Recreational 'Soccer Star' Program!

This is our NSSC in-house receational/club teams for ages 3-1/2 to 12. Play in a league where "Soccer Stars" are born!

Be part of our 'Soccer Star' Program and have an International Experience! Our players can feel like the pros because this season we are going global. England, Italy, Germany and Ireland are only a few of the many countries your child can play for without ever leaving Arizona!

SKILLS TRAINING by NSSC Soccer Trainers is incorporated into the program for U7 Players and Up !!!

The goal is to teach players in a relaxed and fun environment the right way to play from the beginning, as it is easier to do so now then to correct bad habits later.
 
Skills Training not only teaches our players the proper techniques but promotes a safer playing field where our stars can shine. Most clubs do not offer skills training to their recreational teams. It is just not economically feasible.  NSSC, has made a commitment and has provided skills training to our recreational league since its inception. We believe in its important! On the surface, it may seem as though NSSC charges a bit more but if you look at the difference in the programs you can plainly see why. We will not cut back on our program to take away from what makes our "Soccer Star" program special and unique! 

NSSC features a Fall soccer season. Our 'Soccer Star' Recreational/Club program opens in October and is a 10 week season. League games are on Saturdays and will be posted!

Back by demand is our Winter 08 'Soccer Star' Recreational Season that begins in February of each year.

Each team has to have a Coach (a parent volunteer) and a Manager, who will communicate with The Club, parents, and other coaches. Your volunteer coach chooses the day(s), time, and location of practice.

Your practice will be located in one of three venues: Grayhawk, DC Ranch or McDowell Mountain Ranch. Practice location is determined by the proximity of your residence. Practices are held either twice per week for one hour each practice or for an extended once per week coach practice and a once per week skills training session. This may vary due to age group and coach. Fall Program Skills Training Sessions are for players U7 and up and given by the NSSC skills trainers. Training is done at the practice field locations.

Younger teams will play without goalkeepers. Older teams will play with goalkeepers.

Requests for player placement will be considered, but the Club cannot guarantee.

We depend on parental involvement and volunteering for different duties and positions within their teams as well as within the Club.

Also, any sponsorship/donation will be greatly appreciated. We anticipate a fun and exciting season for all those participating.
